❶ Simply take a small amount of the Lymphflo cream (a little goes a long way!) and apply on either side of your neck, starting along the jawline on either side.
❷ Massage your jaw by starting at the chin and moving towards your ear, 3-5 times on each side.
❸ Prep your neck by massaging down the sides of your neck, starting right below the ears.
❹ Gently massage along your clavicle, starting in the middle and moving outward and down toward your heart.

Vegetable oil (delivery system)
This is a blend of vegetable oils, obtained from different types of seeds and fruits; this blend is composed by 100% natural ingredients, it is palm-free and petroleum-free.
The blend contains glyceride oils; it is a high purity blend of renewable resource components, typically used as a blending base in a variety of cosmetic and personal care applications. This blend of vegetable oils contains essential oils and fatty acids that are not naturally produced by the human body but that are highly beneficial to dry and sensitive skin. These oils are called Omega-6 and Omega-3. This blend also contains essential vitamins such as Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, and Vitamin K.
Propanediol (delivery system)
This specific propanediol is of vegetal origin. It is produced through a proprietary fermentation process using plant-derived glucose.
