cistus tea

I love this tea! I never had heard of it before reading about it on your website. The flavor is pleasant, a little earthier than green tea. It seems to have helped my sinuses.

Cistus Tea time.

I am brewing this tea one teaspoon per cup by simmering on the stove in a closed pot for 5 minutes. Been drinking it for about 2 weeks twice a day. I put s little stevia in it. I rebrew each teaspoon of tea 3 times before adding the tea to a potted plant as compost/dressing. It is hard to say if I notice any effect. I don't have any specific condition that I am aware of to treat but use it to support my overall health. It seems to be a mild in odor and flavor drink. Any benefits or effects are not obvious to me. I will continue eating this food.
