    Although I only take this product as needed, it works very well when I do take it. It allows me to sleep through the night and I wake up feeling well-rested.

    I have tried other Melatonin products and different doses but this one seems to work best for me. I take several pumps before going to bed and I feel it helps relax my sometimes over active mind. It is also a big part of my immune building protocol. It tastes good and I wouldn't be without it.
