Chios Gum Mastic is the resinous material obtained from the Pistacia lentiscus tree, grown on the island of Chios in Greece, where it has traditionally been used as a healthy food for the gastrointestinal tract.*
Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1 or 2 capsules two times daily between meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Keep in a cool, dry place, tightly capped.

Pistacia lentiscus (Resin) 1 g
Other Ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide
