Getting Started
• Fully charge the device before first use.
• Charging time can take up to 2 hours.
• The product cannot be used while charging.
• Note: while charging the red light on the power indicator flashes, and the blue
light of the power indicator is always on after fully charged.

Where to Apply
Flow Orb can be used on pressure points, muscle tenderness, or fascia-related stiffness
for relaxation.
• Limit massage to one minute per trigger point.
• Pressure tolerance varies from person to person. It also varies depending on
what part of the body you are working on. For pressure points, start by applying
light pressure. For strong muscles like thighs and glutes, apply more pressure.
• If lying down, we do recommend a non-slip surface like a yoga mat to ensure the
Flow Orb can maintain its position on the body. If the pressure is too intense in
the lying down position, you can place the Flow Orb up against a wall and lean
against it.
